I have a PC with XP and the hard drive is NTFS. I plan to NAS (Network Attached Storage) and is not compatible with NTFS or FAT32. Can I backup my computer to another format? What other formats are available? By the way, this is a NAS: http://reviews. CNET. com/external-hard-drives/d-link-dns-323/4505-3190_7-32002040. html? I have several external hard drives, USB-connected hard that I would make available LAN.Seega, I was wondering if there is such a thing as a device (such as a USB hub), to which I might add, all the USB drive and then connect the device network, such as network-attached storage (NAS) The style? Thank you.

Can I use my PS3 as a media extender. But it sounds like photos, documents, music and movies on my Vista Home Premium. I have a Network Attached Storage, along with concerts, films and photos. How do I get the PS3 to read files that are stored on site without my computer. Or, even if there is an entity that can be done. Thanks to advanced.

Well here’s the deal. I have an external hard drive and want to connect to my router so that it can create a form of network attached storage. The problem is that an external hard drive is a USB cable to my router and the USB port is not in any way for me to do this? Connecting to a computer, the first is a good idea, only problem is that it is connected to a computer hard drive to other computers must have network access to files. Is there a way around it?

Note that the router has a USB connector, just a few of Ethernet cable (cable internet) and an outlet. Do as I could use the second USB plug my Ethernet router exit 0 hard drives? Do not worry about software, hardware only are competent enough to use computers koos.Ma. See some of my vastused.aitäh! EDIT: I already know how to share the line of hard drive, but thanks. What I wanted to do was to divide the hard drive without the need for a computer, which is a true NAS. But anyway, I think I’m using the Bluetooth configuration on the spot.
